Our story began in 2006 as Ironfish Adelaide, before launching Starfish Developments in 2011 and rebranding to Kite in 2021. Since then, we’ve continued to evolve, bringing our experience, knowledge and capabilities together as one integrated business.
Over the past two decades, we have built and sold over 2,000 properties. High-rise apartments that have changed our skyline. Master-planned communities where families are now raising children who weren’t born when we started. And now, hotels, welcoming visitors to a city we’ve always believed in, at a time when the rest of the country is finally discovering what we’ve known all along about Adelaide.
At the heart of what we do is a simple ambition: to enhance the communities we work within and improve the lives of the people who experience them.
Twenty years on, that ambition continues to guide us.
